Our mission is to promote individual development of our members through educations, networking, and recognition, thereby fostering growth of the facility management profession in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.

Define and meet informational and educational needs of our members
Provide formal and informal opportunities for the exchange of information, experience and knowledge.
Acknowledge to peers, employers and the public the individual member's contribution to the profession and to IFMA.
Advance the field of facility management by educating the public and our members to the positive influence of the profession on human behavior, productivity and organizational goals.
