Great River Energy’s new 4-story, 166,000 SF, headquarters
building was planned as a visible model for sustainable practices. The facility
was designed not only to house 350 employees, but also as a tool to educate
facility managers, business leaders and other members of the building industry
about ways they can conserve energy and practice sustainability.
Speakers from Great River Energy and the project design
team will present the vision, expectations and results of this amazing case
study. Great River Energy is pursuing a LEED Platinum certification, the
highest level of sustainable recognition from the United States Green Building
Council.
Design and operational tours will be available after the
program.
