The membership committee meets on the second Thursday morning of each month. Our "job one" is to attract and retain members for the Twin Cities chapter of IFMA. Some of the typical efforts include:

• Attract new members to the IFMA organization.

• Welcome new members thru orientation, education and connecting them to our members.

• Welcome new members in a fall and spring "New Member Reception" in conjunction with a regularly scheduled monthly meeting.

• Assist current members with membership related issues, dues, status, questions, etc.

• Develop strategies and communicate information to the general membership and to the Board.

• Generally, support the Board of Directors' goals for membership.
