Position duties and candidate qualifications:

Position Summary:
Hazelden Foundation located in Center City, MN location is seeking a full time Manager of Facilities Operations. Hours will be Mon.-Fri., 8:00am-4:30pm Coordinate and supervise the operation, renovation, repairs, maintenance, construction, environmental, building and grounds for Facilities and Support Services; Manage department's operational and capital budget, energy management, security, safety and asset management. Ensure compliance with federal, state, county, city codes, environmental, health safety standards; provide departmental direction and oversight to support services integration with corporate initiatives. Oversee contractors for outsourced services. Requirements Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; 10 years facility maintenance required; must have a 1st class C or B license; requires knowldege of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, contractor, energy management, preventative maintenance systems; knowledge of EPA refridgeration required; knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS-360 Facility preferred); technical training building automation systems (BAS) required; must have 5 years of successful supervisor experience and a current driver's license.
