Title: Facilities Director
Location: Washington County Public Works Department - Stillwater, MN
Position
duties and candidate qualifications:
Salary Range: $72,176/annually - $98,758/annually; Anticipated Hiring Range: $72,176/annually - $98,758/annually
Hours/Days: 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; This position may periodically be required to work evenings and weekends. Work schedules (hours and days) and location are subject to change based on department needs.
Responsibilities: Administers Facilities division within the Department of Public Works. Responsible for developing standards, controls, and policies necessary to administer the various services and assumes responsibility for maintenance of standards within the framework of established policies and for coordination of the work within the division toward the departments total objective.
Requirements: Graduation from an accredited four (4) year college or university with major course work in business or public administration, civil or mechanical engineering, architecture, building construction or a related field and a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in facilities operations and/or construction management three (3) years of which was in a responsible management position.
