Title: Repair Technician

Location: Unilev Management Corp. - St Paul, MN

Position duties and candidate qualifications:

Unilev Management Corp. is an owner and manager of commercial property in several markets across the country. We are currently seeking a Repair Technician to join our team managing a Class A office tower in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota.

Job duties include, but are not limited to: Miscellaneous repairs. Responding to tenant service calls. Replacing lamps Furniture moving. Installing key board trays. Hanging pictures. Lock repairs, rekeying, etc. Plumbing repairs. Occasional painting. Watering of outdoor plantings during summer months. Snow removal during the day with overtime and after hours on-call for snow removal as needed. Snow removal supported by cleaning vendor as well. Miscellaneous projects as needed. Supporting HVAC engineering staff when short handed or when additional help is needed.
