Position duties and candidate qualifications:

Genesis Architecture has an opening for a Project Manager with a minimum of ten years experience in tenant improvement and facilities design with a strong client network.

Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Project Management
· Client Contact · Proposal Writing
· Programming
· Fit Planning
· Construction Documents
· Construction Administration

The ideal candidate will be a proven tenant improvement / facilities project manager, bring an established client network, and be highly motivated to succeed.

Basic Qualifications
· Ten or more years of relevant experienc
· Architecture or Interior Design degree preferred
· AutoCAD proficient
