Title: Facilities Development Manager

Location: Planned Parenthood MN, ND, SD - St. Paul, MN

Position duties and candidate qualifications:

Planned Parenthood MN, ND, SD is searching for a FT Facilities Development Manager. This position will oversee facility development for the agency, including new site locations, routine maintenance oversight, and remodeling of existing sites. Manager may also be involved in the planning process or as team member in proposed construction projects. Successful candidates must have 2-year degree in related field and 2-5 years experience in property and facility management for multiple locations. Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter, skilled at prioritizing workload and providing superior customer service. Must also be proficient in MS Office Suite and able to interpret facility schematics, blue prints and architectural drawings. General knowledge of leases, construction terms and practices are required. Must be willing to respond to facilities emergency calls 24/7 and willing to travel.
