Title: Facilities Maintenance Operations Engineer

Location: Hennepin County - Minneapolis, MN - Metro Area

Position duties and candidate qualifications:

The Property Services Department is responsible for comprehensive management of the county's properties and facilities to appropriately, safely and effectively support county programs and services. As a Facilities Maintenance Operating Engineer (FMOE) you will perform hands-on maintenance at one of the facilities listed below. Work is completed independently or in team environments to support end-user needs by providing building and equipment reliability through timely delivery of corrective and preventative maintenance. Candidates must have a strong heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) background and be knowledgeable in operating a Building Automation System (BAS). To be eligible for hire, candidates must have the following: A valid Minnesota First Class C Boilers License or higher.
