Title:
Assistant Facilities Manager
Location: Opus Corporation, Minnetonka
Position
duties and candidate requirements:
This is a newly created
position for Opus Corporation. The individual in this position works within the
Central Services Department and works closely with the Central Services Manager
to manage a number of different Facilities responsibilities. Manage Office
moves, such as implementation of the move timetable as a staged move.
- Work with the Central
Services Manager on the implementation of a Security/Safety program policy
and communicates to employees
- Work with Property
Management staff on oversight of work requests, such as temperature request
from employees, preventative maintenance and building repairs.
- Work independently
with numerous vendors and contractors and oversees the timely and successful
completion of work or projects
- Responsible for
overseeing the Café staff. Also works with the Wellaware Committee in
relation to healthy Café options.
- Manage the fitness
facility.
- Other duties as
assigned, including partnering with the Central Services Manager and
Assistant.
